Վինչենցո Ռուջերի (իտալերեն՝ Vincenzo Rugeri, 1663, Կրեմոնա, Կրեմոնա, Լոմբարդիա - 1719)[1], հայտնի է նաև Ռուջեր, Ռուջիեր, Ռուջիերի, Ռուգերի, Ռուգիերի, Ռուգերիուս (իտալերեն՝ Ruger, Rugier, Rugieri, Ruggeri, Ruggieri, Ruggerius) անուններով[2], իտալացի ջութակագործ վարպետ, ով 17-րդ դարի վերջերին-18-րդ դարի սկզբներին ապրել ու գործել է Իտալիայի Կրեմոնա քաղաքում[3]։ Նրա պատրաստած աղեղնավոր նվագարանները աչքի են ընկնում համակողմանի մշակվածությամբ և հրաշալի հնչողությամբ[4][5][6]։ Վինչենցոն ծնվել ու հասակ է առել աղեղնավոր երաժշտական գործիքներ պատրաստող վարպետների տոհմում, որտեղ այդ գործում աչքի էր ընկել հատկապես իր հայրը՝ Ֆրանչեսկո Ռուջերին։ Թեև այն ժամանակներում ավանդաբար ընդունված էր, որ արհեստավորների ընտանիքները սերնդեսերունդ միակցված աշխատեն, Վինչենցոն լքել է իր ընտանիքը և Կրեմոնայի կենտրոնում բացել իր արհեստանոց-վաճառակետը։ Նրա, ինչպես և իր հոր՝ Ֆրանչեսկոյի աշխատանքներում զգացվում է Նիկոլո Ամատիի Grand Pattern մոդելանմուշի ազդեցությունը։ Վինչենցոն որոշ տարրեր փոխառել է նաև Անտոնիո Ստրադիվարիուսից[4]։ Վինչենցոյի աշխատանքների համակողմանի ուսումնասիրությունը հանգեցրել է այն եզրակացության, որ նրա պատրաստած գործիքներն ավելի որակյալ են, քան իր հոր պատրաստածները[7] Vincenzo's instruments, though less numerous, are valued at least equal to those of his father.[8]: Վինչենցո Ռուջերիի պատրաստած ջութակը 2011 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 3-ին Լոնդոնում՝ Բրոմպտոնի աճուրդում վաճառվել է 502.320 ամերիկյան դոլարով Brompton's Auctions in London.[9][10]: Նրա շնորհալի աշակերտը և գործի արժանավոր շարունակողը եղել է Կառլո Բերգոնցին[11]։
