Hi! All the changes I made here (Վիքիպեդիա) in the articles about Estonian municipalities were in fact to reflect the current situation. Some of the municipalities have merged with neighbours and therefore does not excist as an administrative unit anymore. About removing the "cities" from templates, here I remved Պիլվա and Ռեպինա because they are not towns with municipality status, they are part of rural municipalities. Thank You for your concern. If you wish to see the most recent status on the Estonian administrative topic, then Estonian and English wikipedias are almost always up to date.
