Sorry if that was wrong. But there already were interwiki links pointing to "European Union" in all the other languages, so I assumed it was meant to be an article about the E.U. Sorry about the mistake. I have worked rather a lot on interwiki links between hy.wikipedia & the other international wikipedias, since the hy. version was very poorly connected to the rest of the world. No problem, Baronnet, it was also my mistake. I had to check if the interwiki links were pointing to the right location. I was just curious why you assumed that the page was about "European Union". What I can offer is not exactly what you are looking for, but maybe it might help you:

• The page http://udhrinunicode.org/assemblies/full_subset.txt contains an Armenian translation of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948).

• In the Հայկական Սովետական Հանրագիտարան (Armenian Soviet Encyclopedia) there is an entry under Մարդու և քաղաքացու իրավունքների դեկլարացիա - it does not contain the text of the declaration, but at least one knows what the exact title might be in Armenian (but you know that probably already ...).
