Remove GFDL

GFDL is meant for software manuals and it is not good for media because it makes it difficult to re-use the material. Motivated by the the wish of making it easier to re-use files Wikimedia Foundation Board decided in 2009 to stop using GFDL as a sole license per this message. So I suggest that GFDL is removed as a suggested license.

I just wanted to clarify that it will not affect the existing files. It only removes the option to chose GFDL for new uploads. --MGA73 (քննարկում) 16:40, 16 Հունիսի 2021 (UTC)

Update to 4.0

I know that new free files are probably not uploaded very often but the latest version is 4.0. So I suggest to update to the latest version and remove those that are not allowed.

So change from:

  • CC-BY-ND|Creative Commons BY-ND (հեղինակին նշելով և փոփոխություններ չկատարելու պայմանով)
  • CC-BY-NC-SA|Creative Commons BY-NC-SA (հեղինակին նշելու, ոչ-առևտրային օգտագործման և նույն արտոնագրի տակ տարածելու պայմանով)
  • CC-BY-ND-SA|Creative Commons BY-ND-SA (հեղինակին նշելու, փոփոխություններ չկատարելու և նույն արտանագրի տակ տարածելու պայմանով)

To:
