Ֆունկցիոնալ աղեստամոքսային խանգարումներ

Ֆունկցիոնալ աղեստամոքսային խանգարումները (ՖԱԽ) որոշվում են որպես քրոնիկական և պարբերական աղեստամոքսային ախտանիշների փոփոխվող համադրություն՝ չբացատրվող կառուցվածքային կամ կենսաքիմիական անկանոնություններով։ 1999 թ.-ին ՖԱԽ-երի համար ձևավորվեց Rome II ախտանիշային չափանիշը ՝ հիմնականում հետազոտությանը օգնելու համար։ 2006 թ.-ին այն փոխարինվեց թարմացված Rome III չափանիշով, որը առանձին էր նորածինների և երեխաների, երեխաների և դեռահասների, և մեծահասակների համար։ Աղեստամոքսային ուսումնասիրություններով զբաղվող կլինիկաներում ՖԱԽ-երը բաշխվել են զգալի թվով ուղղությունների։ ՖԱԽ-երի վերահսկումը մնում է դժվար գործընթաց, հետաքրքրություն առաջացնելով նոր և անվտանգ բուժման տարբերակների հանդեպ։
