== Կլիմա ==
Պուերտո Մոնտում կլիման օվկիանոսային խոնավ է (Köppen: Cfb)՝ ամբողջ տարվա ընթացքում առատ անձրևներով և չոր ամառներով: Թեև ջերմաստիճանը մշտապես ցածր է 25°C-ից (77°F), սառնամանիքները շատ հազվադեպ են և լինում են ձմռանը, այն էլ՝ ամսական ընդամենը մի քանի անգամ: Հարավային 41-րդ զուգահեռի համար, որը ավելի մոտ է հասարակածին, քան հարավային բևեռին, Պուերտո Մոնտը շատ ավելի զով է, քան ցամաքային տարածքները. պատճառը մոտակայքում գտնվող սառը օվկիանոսներն են: Դրան գումարվում է հարավային կիսագնդի այդ զուգահեռների վրա ցամաքային կլիմայի բացակայությունը: Դա նշանակում է, որ Պուերտո Մոնտը շատ ավելի զով ամառներ ունի, քան հյուսիսային կիսագնդի հասարակածից նույն հեռավորության վրա գտնվող այլ տարածքներ:
