Սիրելի [[Մասնակից:SusikMkr|SusikMkr]], տվյալ դեպքում դա ոչ թե դատարկ հոդվածներ բազմացնելու ցանկություն է, այլ համապատասխան կոչում ունեցողների ցանկը ստեղծելու ցանկություն, նաև որպեսզի մյուս մասնակիցները ևս կարողանան լրացնել այդ հոդվածները: Ի դեպ, եթե նկատեցիք, 3-ը ես այսօր լրացրել եմ, ու կարծում եմ, որ տվյալ դեպքում ճիշտ կլինի գալ համաձայնության` որն է ավելի ճիշտ` ստռեղծել ցանկը և ապա (կամ համաժամանակյա ռեժիմով) լրացնել հոդվածները, թե գնալ առաջ հոդված առ հոդված: Կարծում եմ, որ ճիշտը առաջին տարբերակն է: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է հանդիպման` ես Ձեզ հարմար վայրում ու ժամանակ ձեր տրամադրության տակ եմ: Կարծում եմ այլ ցանկացողներ նույնպես կգտնվեն: Իսկ ընդհանրապես, եևի արդեն պետք է խմբագիրների անվանացանկ կազմել: Կանխավ շնորհակալ եմ:[[Մասնակից:Կարեն Վարդանյան|Կարեն Վարդանյան]] 20:09, 15 Հոկտեմբերի 2011 (UTC)

Հարգելի մասնակիցներ, ինչպես գիտեք ավելի քան 30 երկրներում կան Վիքիմեդիա Հիմնադրամի մասնաճյուղեր: Վիքիմանիա 2011 կոնֆերանսի ընթացքում բանակցել էի Վիքիմեդիա Հիմնադրամի Chapters committeeի հետ Հայաստանում Վիքիմեդիայի մասնաճյուղ հիմնելու վերաբերյալ: Հոկտեմբերի 15-ին նամակ ստացա, որ Meta -ում ստեղծված է Wikimedia Armenia էջը համայնքի ներսում մասնաճյուղի հիմնադրման գործընթացը կազմակերպելու համար: Ահա նամակը`

I think, we've met at Wikimania this year and I am happy to help you
and to see our conversations starting to take shape.
I've started a page on Meta at
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Armenia that might be helpful
for you to start planning (of course, you can create similar local
pages on the Armenian Wikipedia or fill the page on Meta wiki in
Armenian instead of English - whatever suits your needs).
In this somewhat longish e-mail, I will try to give you some
background information and how-to on chapter creation. Some of this
might be old information, or steps that you have already done, but it
helps to have them all in context and in one place.
Wikimedia Chapters are local organizations striving for the same goals
as the Wikimedia Foundation - supporting creation and dissimination of
free knowledge and content. Generally speaking, a Wikimedia
organisation in any country should definitely involve members of the
local Wikimedia communities – the membership shouldn't be exclusive to
Wikimedians, yet the local Wikimedia communities should be able to
feel a sense of ownership towards the nascent chapter in their
country. I would suggest you leave a message on the village pumps and
community portals of the language editions which are relevant to your
country (in your case, the Armenian, and if there is a Wikipedia for
the local ethnic groups).
As the people are the glue that hold together and propel a chapter to
sustainable activity, I would urge you to try to gather more local
supporters - especially Wikimedians among them - for the idea of the
local chapter and to set up a central planning page on Meta Wiki[1]
and list yourselves on the list of chapters in discussion[2]. This
meta planning page and setting up a mailing list could help you in
gathering the people - as well as organising local meetups or
seminars. Once the venues for discussion are set up, you could
probably have more luck soliciting input by approaching the active
editors on the various Wikipedias and motivating them towards taking a
more active local role in the Wikimedia mission.
You can find a lot of information about the approval process on
metawiki[3], where we tried to outline every step. Let me know if you
have any questions or need help finding the relevant venues to contact
local Wikipedians (e.g. the mentioned Village Pumps, sitenotices,
etc.), setting up the Meta pages or creating a mailing list. Please
keep me updated on the progress you are making and how things are
going. We are especially interested in knowing who and how many people
are involved, and what your ideas are for forming a chapter.
