:Sorry if that was wrong. But there already were interwiki links pointing to "European Union" in all the other languages, so I assumed it was meant to be an article about the E.U. Sorry about the mistake. I have worked rather a lot on interwiki links between hy.wikipedia & the other international wikipedias, since the hy. version was very poorly connected to the rest of the world. What I can offer is not exactly what you are looking for, but maybe it might help you:
* The page [http://udhrinunicode.org/assemblies/full_subset.txt http://udhrinunicode.org/assemblies/full_subset.txt] contains an Armenian translation of the UN [http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Universal_Declaration_of_Human_Rights Universal Declaration of Human Rights] (1948).
* In the Հայկական Սովետական Հանրագիտարան (Armenian Soviet Encyclopedia) there is an entry under '''Մարդու և քաղաքացու իրավունքների դեկլարացիա''' - it does not contain the text of the declaration, but at least one knows what the exact title might be in Armenian (but you know that probably already ...).
