Ծիծեռնակաբերդը Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված հուշահամալիր է Երևանում։ Այն բացվել է 1967 թվականին, 1965 թվականի բազմահազարանոց ցույցերից հետո, որոնք նվիրված էին հայ մտավորականների մասսայական սպանդի 50-ամյակին, որից հետո սկսվեց Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը[1][2]։ Հայաստանի անկախությունից հետո Ծիծեռնակաբերդը դարձավ պաշտոնական արարողությունների վայր։ Դրանից հետո գրեթե բոլոր պաշտոնյաները, ովքեր պաշտոնական այցով գտնվում են Հայաստանում, այցելում են հուշահամալիր՝ իրենց տուրքը մատուցելու զոհերի հիշատակին[3]։ Ծիծեռնակաբերդի այցելուները նաև այցելում են հուշահամալիրի թանգարան։ Շատ նշանավոր այցելուներ ծառ են տնկել հուշահամալիրում։

Ծիծեռնակաբերդ հուշահամալիր

Հուշահամալիր են այցելել բազմաթիվ քաղաքական գործիչներ, դերասաններ, երաժիշտներ, մարզիկներ և հոգևոր այրեր։ Նրանցից ամենանշանավորն էին Ռուսաստանի նախագահները (Բորիս Ելցին, Վլադիմիր Պուտին, Դմիտրի Մեդվեդև), Ֆրանսիայի նախագահները (Ժակ Շիրակ, Նիկոլա Սարկոզի, Ֆրանսուա Օլանդ,Էմանուել Մակրոնը), Ուկրաինայի, Հունաստանի, Լեհաստանի, Վրաստանի, Իրանի, Բելառուսի, Ռումինիայի, Լիբանանի, Խորվաթիայի և Սերբիայի նախագահները, Բուլղարիայի, Չեխիայի և այլ երկրների վարչապետները։ Բազմաթիվ երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարները (ներառյալ ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղար Հիլարի Քլինթոնը և շատ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ Եվրամիությունից՝ ներառյալ Խոսե Մանուել Բարոզոն և Հերման Վան Ռոմպույ) իրենց հարգանքի տուրքն են մատուցել հուշահամալիրում։ Մյուս այցելուների թվում էին Հռոմի պապ Հովհաննես Պողոս II-ը 2001 թվականին, Իսրայելի գլխավոր Ռաբբի Յոնա Մեցգեր, Անգլիայի գլխավոր հոգևորական Ռովան Վիլյամսը, Ամենայն Ռուսիո պատրիարք Կիրիլ I-ը, Աշխարհի շախմատի չեմպիոն Վլադիմիր Կրամնիկը, Ֆուտբոլի աշխարհի չեմպիոն Յուրի Ջորկաևը, անգլիացի ռոք աստղ Յան Գիլլանը, Սերբ ռեժիսոր Էմիր Կուստուրիցան, ֆրանսիացի դերասաններ Ժերար Դեպարդիեն և Ալեն Դելոնը, ամերիկացի դերասան Ջորջ Քլունին, Ֆիզիկայի բնագավառում նոբելյան մրցանակակիր Ժորես Ալֆերովը և այլք։

Թուրքիայից ոչ մի պաշտոնյա չի այցելել Ծիծեռնակաբերդ։

Նշանակություն և քննադատություն խմբագրել

Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության կարևոր ուղիներից և Հայկական սփյուռքի շատ կազմակերպությունների գլխավոր նպատակը։ Հայերի շատերը կարծում են որ, այցելուները իրենց այցելությամբ հաստատում են, որ ճանաչում են Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը[4]։

Հովհաննես Պողոս II պապի այցելությունը 2001 թվականին խմբագրել

Հովհաննես Պողոս II-ը ժամանեց Երեևան 2001 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 25-ին՝ Հայաստանում քրիստոնեության ընդունման 1700-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու համար[5]։ Պապը այցելեց հուշահամալիր մյուս օրը Հայաստանի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հետ հանդիպելուց հետո։ Նա խոնարհվեց հուշակոթողի առջև, կարճ ելույթ ունեցավ և աղոթք կարդաց[6][7]։ Պապը օգտագործեց Մեծ եղեռն տերմինը, և նրա խոսքից պարզ չէր՝ արդյոք համարում է 1915 թվականի դեպքերը ցեղասպանություն, թե ոչ[8]։

Հռոմի Պապի այս քայլը քննադատության տեղիք տվեց Թուրքիայում[9]։

Հիլարի Քլինթոնի այցելությունը 2010 թվականին խմբագրել

ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար և ներկայիս ԱՄՆ նախագահի թեկնածու Հիլարի Քլինթոնը ժամանեց Երևան հուլիսի 4-ին՝ ԱՄՆ անկախության օրը՝ դառնալով երբևէ Հայաստան ժամանած ամենաբարձր ԱՄՆ պաշտոնյան։ Նրա այցելությունը համարվեց սիմվոլիկ և քիչ նշանակալի, և նրա հնարավոր այցելությունը Ծիծեռնակաբերդ երկար քննարկումների առարկա դարձավ հայկական լրատվամիջոցներում։ ԱՄՆ-ը պաշտոնապես չի ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը և այցելելով հուշահամալիր շատերը կարծեցին, որ նա ուղերձ է ուղարկում Թուրքիային[10]։ Նա այցելեց հուշահամալիր հուլիսի 5-ին Թբիլիսի մեկնելուց առաջ։ Հուշահամալիրի մատյանում Քլինթոնը թողեց հետևյալ գրառումը՝ «Պետքարտուղար Հիլարի Ռոդհեմ Քլինթոնի կողմից», ինչից շատերը ենթադրեցին, որ նրա այցելությունը աչ պաշտոնական էր[11]։

Հրաժարվողներ խմբագրել

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Աբդուլա Գյուլը Հայաստանի նախագահի հրավերով 2008 թվականի սեպտեմբերին այցելեց Հայաստանն, որպեսզի դիտի Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հավաքականների ֆուտբոլային հանդիպումը։ Քանի որ Թուրքիան չի ընդունում Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, նա չայցելեց հուշահամալիր[12]։ Մյուս նախագահներից, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին այցելել հուշահամալիր, եղել են Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար ալ-Ասադը և Իրանի նախագահ Մահմուդ Ահմադինեժադը[13]։ Նրանք հրաժարվեցին այցելել հուշահամալիր՝ վախենալով սրել հարաբերությունները հարևան Թուրքիայի հետ[14][15]։ 2010 թվականին Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն, ով Եվրոպայի խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի ազգությամբ թուրք նախագահն էր, հրաժարվեց այցելել հուշահամալիր՝ ասելով, թե ես Ձեր կարծիքը հարգում եմ, բայց Դուք էլ պետք է հարգեք իմը, սա իմ որոշումն է[16]։
