Սա ցանկ է, որտեղ նշված են այն ձիատեսակները, որոնք համարվում են բնիկ ինդոնեզական[1][2]։ Նշված ձիատեսակներից որոշների ծագումնաբանությունը կարող է լինել խառը կամ ոչ հստակ, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այս ցուցակում դրանց ընդգրկումն անպայմանորեն չի նշանակում, թե` դրանք գերազանցապես կամ բացառիկորեն ինդոնեզական են։
